		<description>My company is entertaining the idea of rolling out an External Referral Program that would allow people outside of our company to receive payment if someone they referred is hired.  I am looking for information on External and/or Alumni Referral Programs.  If anyone has any insight into these programs, I would really appreciate it.</description>
